My 2 1/2 year old F75 with 10K miles on it developed a crack/gap in the bond at the seam/joint where the carbon seat stay is epoxy bonded to the aluminum frame.

FELT stepped up and gave me a new frame. No hassles, no run around. Just a new frame shipped to my LBS where I purchased the bike. The LBS swapped everything over and I am as good as new on my brand new free frame.

Way to go FELT!

For you "lifetime warranty" means what you say.

I am a grateful and loyal FELT rider for sure.

They're a good company. When I lived in SoCal, the dealer where I bought my Felt told me that they knew Jim Felt personally, and he was a pretty stand-up guy.

My F-80 front hub cracked at 12,500 miles in 51 weeks.
Felt replaced the entire wheel.

I've known Jim for years and he's a great, hard working guy. I bought a Felt Z-70 and absolutely love it. Most fun I've had in years......on two wheels anyway!

I had to write a brief history of Felt for a cycling site. Jim's not only a great guy for the industry, but he's very fortunate.
