Okay here's the deal. I'm trying to find out info on how much it will help me to upgrade all of my crankset and derailers as well as how much it would cost. Right now I have full Shimano RSX components. What would be a good upgrade, how much would it help, and what would I be looking at price wise? THank you

Honestly, it's the motor.
Unless something is broken or worn out, upgrading to even the lightest and most pricy components will give you only the tiniest performance gain. The biggest boost would come from getting a better wheelset. That has the added advantage of allowing you to mount flat resistant tires on your old wheels and light, supple tires on the new ones.
