Recently I have been aggravated by threads or forums not loading. It gives me a gray screen and, if I wait long enough, I get the Database Error message. If this happens when I am posting something - I lose my work in the bargain. This has been happening for the last week or two.

Before it's suggested, I keep my cache cleared and I'm not using blocking software to account for this recent development. Has anyone else experienced this? And possible solutions?

We had a few unscheduled maintenance hours as well.

But, a copy of the post before you hit 'submit' would work well.

Thanks - and I already am making copies. Opened a whole, new folder! LOL. As a former manager and super-mod up the way, this phenomena feels just like a Denial of Service attack. Got any enemies?

Growing pains. Except that BF always has them - at least in the few years I've been a member. It seems like band aid solutions are being used instead of looking at long term solutions. Its annoying.
