http://www.ottawabicycleclub.ca in case you didn't know about them. They seem to be riding at least every Sunday.

Can't say I know of group rides other than the OBC but I'm always on the lookout for riding partners. I'm in the east (Orleans) and would like to share the wind with someone as far south as the St. Lawrence sometime (85km)
