After my ride home soon I’ll have ridden 100 miles this week and commuted all 5 days. This is the first week that I’ve managed to ride all 5 days to work since I started riding single speed. My schedule has worked out this week so I could ride every day and I’ve made an effort to hydrate and get plenty of sleep so I would be up for each day. Riding the single speed has been a step up physically and it’s taken me a month or so to get in the groove. Anyway I’m feeling good so I thought I’d bark about it a little. Everybody have a great weekend.
