I want to go lighter with my saddle. So, I'm thinking of putting my Brooks B-17N on my fixed gear bike and buying a lighter saddle for the roadie.
The logical choice for me is the Brooks Swift. It has the same width as the B-17N and is significantly lighter.
Another option I've come across is the Lepper Voyager. Harris Cycles has these. The price of the Voyager is about $60 less than the Swift and both have titanium rails.
Do any of you have opinions on the Lepper Voyager?

I've had back luck with Leppers. The first one I had a crack developed by the weld toward the rear where the rail connects to the cross piece after about 1,000 miles. I returned it and the second one I trashed/messed up in a very minor incident where the bike went down and I ended up sitting on the side of the seat and a crack appeared in the cross piece. So I figured at the point I was jinxed when it came to Leppers. For me they just aren't durable enough. I'm 205 lbs. Got mine from http://www.thorusa.com/lepper.htm and they were a fine seller.

I would be a little leary of putting my junk on anything that's homophonic with "leper."

I found the Lepper to be very comfy. Ended up going with a Brooks Swift which I'm liking alot. The construction/welds seem much beefier and better able to withstand my abuse and 205 lbs. For sure I got some comments about "Lepper" and the fact that it was something I sat on.

Thanks BW.
Sounds like I need to go with a Swift. I'm 170 lbs, but I want this saddle to last a long, long time.
