So yesterdays little rump through some of the back roads of NorCal which included 15 miles of gravel fun did a number on my roadbike. Nothing too major except the pin on my chain almost came out. I have no idea how I made it back to the finish line and my car. By that time all the shops were either closed or would have been by the time I could get to them. Somewhat of a problem considering I wanted to do a race today in Davis which started at 11 am. I found a shop that opened at 10 and called to confirm. Anyway they opened 20 minutes early, installed a new chain and I had plenty of time to warm up for my race. :thumb:
