Does anyone know of any good beach cruiser type frames with a threaded bottom bracket and some type of v-brake mounts? Looking to build a new booze cruiser!

I'm not that familiar with the terminology. But doing a bit of looking, I find that Electra has a Men's Cruiser 7D that has sealed-cartridge bottom bearing and hand brakes. Some of the other cruisers show loose-ball bottom bearing. Not sure what you're after, but at least that's different from the standard ol' Ashtabula bottom bearing and coaster brakes.
There's bound to be some others out there as well. They can use the same rims and brakes that they'd use on 26"-tired mountain bikes, so there's not a lot innovation involved to put something like that together.

I'd just start with an old hardtail mountain bike and build from there. This one is a Sterling I picked up at a yardsale last year . Converted to a single speed ; it would be a good candidate to make a cruiser. In fact I may repaint it and make a cruiser out of it .kirby http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k171/kirby001/bikes005.jpg

I know that the cheapo target schwinn cruiser has cantilever studs, and you can always get an american to euro bottom bracket converter.

bianchi milano.
Glorified cruiser bike. Turn key bar bike. V-brakes on the front. I have a roller brake on the back.
My 5,000 mile a year commuter. I paid $200 for it used. I've put tires on it 1x and a handful of tubes on it in the past 15,000 miles.
