For those of you that have it, or are thinking about getting it, or know anything about it, how are the elbow/lower arm guards? I read reviews that they aren't the best and that people have been buying aftermarket guards to replace them.

Also, do the sizes run big or small for the latest model? Their website says for chest size 41-44 go with L and 45-47 go with XL. I work out a lot and have a big chest but I wear shirts size L because in todays world XL shirts are made for fat people. If I wore an XL shirt it would have way too much material in the ab area.

I have one from a couple years ago. I found the elbow/forearm guards to offer ample, stable protection. They are a little tight on me, though, as are the bicep openings on the jacket, and I dislike the constrained feel, so these days I rarely wear them. If I were to feel a need I'd probably go with a 661 evo elbow or similar.

Can't help you with sizing for the latest model, sorry. I do wear an XL but I'm not a fat people.
