Cottered steel crankset, turkey levers, stem mounted shifters, steel handlebars, steel seat post, probably steel rims and gas pipe frame. I donate bikes like this one as I can't find anyone interested in them. Seat clamp is mounted backwards (15 second fix).
That said, a good clean ready to ride juvenile bike should be worth $50 if you need one.
