Xtracycle sells that Rocky Mounts long tray for $89. It will fit Thule and Yakima crossbars.

It's really just the long tray which makes it work. Notice my Planet Bike Cascadia front fender with the big old flap does not clear. If you have cages on your pedals make sure you move them out of the way so they don't rub a raw spot the roof of your car. I hook mine behind the crossbar.
