I bought a Mongoose 21 speed and I am a newbie at fixing bikes. I can consider myself pretty good at it. Well I have a 7 speed rear dr and when Im in 3rd gear it says im in 4th and I cant shift anywhere more than that point. Ive played with the limiting screws and It didnt help the problem. I really want to bike ride again. Please Help
