Classic and Vintage Bicycles: What's it Worth? Appraisals and Inquiries - Dura ace equiped "rodaplana"

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I, i'm new to this forum, and I've found it, while searching for the market value for a friends bike.
First, of all, I'm portuguese, and there's not much market here for vintage bikes...so I cannot get any value at a shop.
Anyway, this bike is late 70's bike, of lugged steel, from a custom portuguese builder, fully equiped with dura-ace from the same time. The only thing that does not belong to the era are the pedals. In the picture it's not clean yet, but I'd rather sell it to someone who knows how to restore it properly.
any ideia of how much this could get in ebay or anyother place to sell vintage bikes?
Thanks

In the U.S. I'd say $300-400. Shipping charges may hold that figure back.
Probably best parting it out.

+1. For maximum return that may be the best option.

Too bad too as that would likely mean another hand made frame will probably disappear forever.
Thanks everybody for your input.
Anyway, I'm not into road racing (more like dirtjumping on mountainbikes) but I'm a fan of any form of cycling, so im not inclined to part it out...I probably try to clean it up the best I can and I'll try to get some old pedals to make it a true "70's racer". Then maybe I'll try to sell it...maybe. The problem is that the only good market is the american, and living in portugal, the figures for shipping are a real problem...

Thats part of the reason parting out may your best option. Paying $15 US to ship a derailleur is much better than $200 to ship a complete bike!!
I've been looking to the bike with a litle more care and found somethings that may or may not be good (hoping that anyone could shed a lght).
The seat post is a SR/sakae royal, the handlebars are also Sr/sakae, the sadle is 3ttt, the rims are ambrosio montreal, and the frame has Gipiemme os the rear dropouts. Is this good?
