According to Chris Horner (via twitter), anti-doping testers have to wait 2 hours following training before they can collect a sample*. How does this information affect your views on the Armstrong incident?
*@hornerakg took the control officers with me to Chipolte for dinner. Cause they have to wait 2 hours after training for Blood.

Wonder where Horner got that? ;) According to WADA rule D.4.5, the athlete must be given 10 minutes to relax before a blood sample is taken.

The fact that Lance has been tested 24 times now out of competition is ********, but I don't think he's clean. Levi was tested by two different agencies the other day.
