I just ordered and received a new Millennium Anatomica handlebar marked "anatomica 44". However it measures 44 cm CTC and my 2 year old "Anantomica 44" measures 44cm OTO. The ITM webite shows their measurements as OTO. Has ITM changed their method of advertised measurements? Anyway I must send this handlebar back for exchange and get a 42.

I don't understand the question. Since you have the product in your hand, why can't you just measure it or compare it with some other known bike to decide if you want to keep it?

Here is what I'm trying to convey. Basically I have two ITM Millennium handlebars one is two years old and the other new. Both bars are marked "Anatomical 44" but one set, the older of the two, measures 44 cm OTO (Outside-to-outside) and the newest set measures 44 cm CTC (center-to-center). I need 44 cm OTO for my needs. Hence, the newer set is wider but has the same size markings as the older more narrow set.
