Pictured is a white, 58cm Bikesdirect (http://www.bikesdirect.com/) Motobecane Fantom Cross Uno (http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/motobecane/uno.htm) with some upgrades:
23c Continental Gatorskins.
16t cog replaced with a 14t. (I can switch them back if the buyer wishes.)
Profile Airwing bars, wrapped with Cinelli cork tape. (I can include the original stem and bars if the buyer wants, and I'll try to find the original brake levers.)
Dimension stem, though I don't remember the length. Probably 10 to 12 cm.
Cane Creek 200TT brake levers.
Crank Brothers Eggbeater pedals in black. If you want the original pedals instead, I'll give you a discount.
White brake housing throughout.
White bottle cage.
Very reflective tape on the frame and rims. See here (http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b359/x136/bicycles/motobecane-reflecto.jpg).
Note: Rack, lights, and fenders not included, though I'll throw in a Superflash for an extra $10 if you want it.
I built this up as a commuter late last year, commuted on it for about three weeks this year, then got laid off. I rode it a few times other than that, but in all I'd say it has less than 200 miles on it. It's not a crummy bike. It's a very versatile thing with lots of various mounts. It'd make a great commuter.
$400 flat. It goes for that new, minus the extra goodies.
Local sale preferred, as I've never shipped a bike before, and it seems somewhat hassle-y. I can probably be convinced to deliver or meet halfway, if it's not too far.
