When it comes to Peugeot, I take a back seat to miamijim, but until he posts, I'll take a stab at it. That looks a lot like this bike, a 1984 P-8:

The stem shifters and carbolite 103 say entry level to me. IMHO, overpriced at $300 even in a high priced market. I might be wrong about the model/year, but I'll bet it's close.

+1 overpriced. In Tampa thats a $150-200 bike. Max.
