Anyone ever ride a bike with a fork around 25mm rake? I have a single-speed/track frame and i can only get about 25mm of rake in the fork without bending the fork blades (don't want to bend them because I like the looks of a straight fork). Anyway, the head tube is 73 degrees and i am curious as to how it may ride? I imagine it will carve up a Thanksgiving turkey but will it be stable?

It will steer very slowly. Best to rake it some or get a new crown.

I had a Casati points race bike with a 75 degree head angle and about 20mm of rake. It actually didn't handle too oddly, but I'd bet that a 73 degree angle would make it a bit stranger.
My personal feeling is that people can get used to almost anything. Some riders are extremely sensitive to such things, and some seem completely immune to them, but I'm starting to think that most folks don't actually care that much about some of the geometrical minutiae we all love to argue about.
