On my bike, i have an ACS FAT CLAWS 14T 1/8" freewheel. When I ride my bike the freewheel wobbles back and forth, even if you turn the bike upside down and just spin the rear tire it STILL wobbles, it is tight I think and I dont know exactly what i should do to fix it, or if it isnt tight i dont know how to tighten it, let alone really know how to work on freewheels period. If anyone knows or thinks they know what i could do to fix this, i would be greatly appreciative of your advice. thank you
All freewheels and even multi speed freewheels have a wobble in them. Unless the chain derails I would not worry about it.
As weird as Hunter's answer seems he's correct!! They all have a bit of wobble to them that doesn't hurt a thing.

a guy in another forum site told me that my wheel needs to be trued, but if i get it trued will it fix the problem or will my money be going down the drain?

If the wobble is at the rim (or you can see the rim getting closer to the brake pads on either side and then pulling away as the wheel spins), you need to get your wheels trued. If the only visible wobble is at the freewheel, don't worry about it.

there is a very very slight wobble in the rim but nothing to be worried about. no rim is going to be perfectly straight
