Awesome customer service from IRO. Placed an order because I broke my bike, looked at my bike and counted the spokes, and realized I measured the spoke count of the wrong bike, had 32 not 36...
Sent IRO an email, and decided to call and leave a voicemail asking if they could cancel. Surprisingly at 8:30 PST, they picked up, took my info and told me they would cancel in the morning!
Too bad I ordered the wrong part, but damn! That's some CS, probably look into sending business their way now on...
