Well, even though this is posed/acted for cameras, it does make a point, that police are not all about heavy-handed enforcement. Oh, yes, certain individual officers do really get into the enforcement end of things, but some of really do consider ourselves PEACE officers. That is what I am issued by the state of Texas, a peace officer's license, enabling me to work for a PD, constable, sheriff, and various other agencies and entities.

I thought they were cheap not handing out Ionos, then noticed everybody bundled up. Nice small vents for winter. People can cut holes in them in June, save pieces and plug them back in next November.

Gotta ask though... What does it say about cycling when you feel you have to wear a helmet?

Were these people not comfortable enough we just riding along without headgear?
