I've been training for my first century ride on June 12th. Now my training has been interupted by a nasty "spring" cold that my lovely wife brought home from the daycare center she works at. :(
Its been tough. Its in my chest now, so it is running its course and I'm taking a couple of days off. Looks like a great week for training and hope to be back on schedule soon.
It seems that many things have been working against me since I started training. One of the wettest months on record. 3 inches on snow. If its not raining or snowing, the wind is blowing like crazy. booo hooo :cry:
