Forum Suggestions & User Assistance - Posting MS Word table or Excel spreadheet on BF

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

The attached file is a build sheet for a bicycle. I created the file in Excel, and copied and pasted the spreadsheet into MS Word as a table. I can save it as a web page in Word, and bring it up on Firefox. There I can convert it into HTML code, and post it on a HTML board (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/backroom/2241201/posts?page=28#28). But, I do not know how to post it on this message board, retaining its table format, and the hyperlinks.
Anybody have any advice?

Few boards will allow you to post arbitrary HTML, because it creates several security problems.
Have you tried Google Docs? It'll let you upload an Excel file and turn it into an HTML file. You can then share the file, and post a link to it. Any changes made to the Google Docs spreadsheet will be automatically made to the HTML version.

Unless the table is ascii based you're SOL for the most part, anything else generally is dangerous to the board's structure.
