Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I'm around the clydesdale weight range but mostly because of height, I'm 6'4. I'm looking at picking up an XL Breezer Uptown for commuting purposes. It seems to be one of the few bikes built with an internal hub that is ready for commuting out of the box. Are there any clydesdales who ride Breezers out there that can tell me how it has been for them?
I own a couple Uptown 8's, but I'm only 5'-10" and think the 26" wheels are just barely tall enough for myself. If I were you, I'd seriously consider the 700x32c Jamis Commuter 3 (http://jamisbikes.com/usa/thebikes/street/commuter/09_commuter3_spec.html).
