We have a khs milano that I just can't get real comfortable on. Basically, the front end feels too low and I feel stretched and hunched over. I have 1.5 inches of spacers under the stem and a short (60mm!) stem with 15' rise to get the fit close but it is still not comfy.

I am thinking that getting a new fork with a long-uncut steerer tube to help bring the front end up is my only option left. I am fine with a steel inexpensive fork if one is available. Any options out there?

BTW: I am 6' and have the 23x21 milano. The issue is my short torso and arms paired with long legs.

Thanks for any advice

I think I'd try one of these first to see a longer steerer would make a difference. New fork + headset swap is huge expense in $$ and time.

Or else you can simply get riser handlebars to extend the reach for your comfort. Do you currently have straight or drop bars?

This one has a 5.25 inch rise.
