Driver was arrested at the scene, making this his THIRD DUI ARREST! Cyclist, a well known mountain biker in the DFW area was hit off the side of the road as he was helping another cyclist with a mechanical issue. Drunk Driver blew a .12. He is also blind in one eye. Questionable if he even had a drivers license.

Sheriff and Celina police were at accident site, driver of car was cuffed and hauled off but it is unknown of charges yet, care flight was used, accident occured while MTB was on side of road and off bike talking with another cyclist, not sure who the other cyclist is yet.
One BIG thing was, the "Road I.D." that Mike was wearing was crucial in identifying Mike, and his emergency contact info.

Two bicyclists paused on the side of County Road 86 near Celina on Thursday. Their rest stop became an accident scene when a pickup truck hit one of the cyclists.
Careflite took cyclist, Michael Bohn, of Celina to an area hospital. The other bicyclist was uninjured.
Oscar Brooks, 76, of Celina, driver of the truck, was arrested and charged with intoxication assault. He was taken to Collin Couunty jail.
