Hi.
So I usually ride by myself, but it is gets kind of boring. Even with iPOD. So I thought I would throw a call out there to anyone who is looking for people to ride with in Irvine area. I usually do 2 hour rides on weekdays starting around 7:30 am, and longer rides on the weekends, 3 hours. During a week I just go out and back on PCH, and average 19-20mph (computer average). On weekends I either to Seal beach loop, or go out and back in Santiago Canyon.
P.S. Yes I know about coffee crew, foodpark and Como. I am not really interested in a big group ride. I am just trying to find people to ride with and push the pace. :)

Hey Buddy! It's been a long time since our slow ride to Kean Coffee. Is the 19-20 you avg including lights, etc? I have no problem holding 19-20 but when you include all the slowing down and speeding up, that's a tall order for me.

Check out BCI, The Bike Club of Irvine. There are rides most days; and longer rides on the weekends that are split up into groups by ability/distance. The web site shows the dates, times, and even the routes. They are a good group of people to ride with.

Hey. That was some good coffee. :) We should do it again. Yeah 19-20 is the average that my computer shows. It counts all the slowing down, speeding for the lights, but not actual time spent waiting at those lights.

UD--PM me. I've been riding solo for a few years and am looking for a riding partner. My schedule isn't so flexible, so I'd only be able to do weekend rides.
