Chicago, May 31st 2004, 10:02 PM CST--Yes, ladies and gentlmen, it has happened. It appears that Lobo has ventured into the city, the big bad city where there are gangsters, *****s, pimps, drug dealers, and even some people of color. Just this very morning witnesses saw a man with a Langster strapped to tail of his automobile. The sighting took place in the Ukrainian Village neighborhood of Chicago, in front of Latizia's Cafe. Witnesses say that the young man looked aprehensive and circumspect as he double checked the security of his Specialized Langster's attachment to his vehicle and overall security, which included several locks and chains. After taking his latte from the rough, he scanned his immediate area apparently for people who got too close, and satisfied by the lack of anybody around him, he leapt into his car Dukes of Hazard style and pealed away in the direction of Schaumburg.

Was he headed to IKEA to get more solutions for modern living aside from the langster?

Trends feeds upon trends, which is why I have a black leather cowboy hat...

Lobo is a Forums member.

Search this forum using his member name. He posted a fair number of questions about different bike configuration, which is fine. Seeing them on other forums and on rec.bicycles.tech made me wonder a bit. The running joke is that he didn't seem engaged to go in to a LBS because of it's 'hood.

What I want to know is whether the Dukes of Hazzard entry was an across the hood and in through the window entry or not... And what kind of car was it? Ford Tempo?

Sorry, I thought the jibe was about Lobo, otherwise I wouldn't have stepped between you two lovebirds. From the depth of the wit in Lobo's repartee's above, I thought he might need some help. I'd assumed that Skitbra was in the neighborhood shining shoes or selling pencils or something....
