It seems like a good deal but I dont know a whole lot about this bike. Frame material, worth, etc. would be great. Would it be a good candidate for a flip?

The seller states it has original steel wheels so that would place it near the bottom of the Peugeot lineup. Most likely it has a Hi-ten steel frame.

Personally, I wouldn't buy it at $225 at all, let alone try to flip it after paying that much.

He had it listed at 150 originally. Then, after talking on the phone with me, he jacked the price up. I guess I wont purchase then. Sounded kinda janky lol.

Janky is right, he still has both chain rings up front but "converted" it to a 5 speed by removing the front derailleur.
