Any one know about the guys who crashed in the last race? Men's Pro Cat 1,2,3. We saw it from the bottom of Cat's Hill. They crashed after turn two. Two guys went down and never got up. Kind of surprised there has been no info about it. The fire dept and ambulance came. We think they were Team Cliff Bar but not sure maybe they were in red kits. Just want to know if they were ok...

It was 2 of my team mates. One got up and took himself to the hospital for stitches. The other was taken by ambulance and has a fractured vertebrae in his lower back. Both will be ok. Im sure they will be back at it as soon as possible. The first I suspect will be at our thursday nite training race. It was an ugly scene for sure.

It is Sugar CRM riders. The crash was caused by a rider getting caught in the gap in the cement, he rode away.

They were not Clif Bar riders. BigSean hope your team mates heal fast.

Yeah, he was 5th. Baumann, (one his friends who is shown at the intervention) was 6th. Chad was down here for Dana Point and I missed him (I didn't go to the race). He seems to be riding ok.

One of my Reo buddies won the 35 4/5. First win in a USAC event. That's pretty neat.
