Wasup Spinmoon?!

I'm a spin instructor... JG and Reebok certified. I started spinning to get in shape for Motocross and found a whole world of biking because of it. My classes have a lot of Tri's and MTBer's so they pretty much dry up during the summer months. I use a fairly wide range of music from classic to new rock and some techno just because I can. :D I'm really interested in the new Trixter X-Bikes but haven't seen any in person. My gym's to cheap to buy any. :p

Keep on pushing it!
