Sir,

No shops will sell used bikes over the net. Those that do usually stop for various reasons.

If looking for a used steel frame out of your list the Tomassini would be my top choice by far. Ciocc is great also.

If buying Colnago make sure it is an older model as they were better constructed and check for rust. DeRosa also is a great bike but again look for an older model as they too in my opinion were constructed better.

A 16.1 pound vintage Colnago??? Where did you get that weight? from the seller? They throw that stuff out as bait for the suckers. Most don't even have a scale, and the mullets buy it.Most don't even have a scale. I have seen 40 pound Schwinn varsities advertized as being under 20 pounds.I have 3 modern hi- end Italian steel bikes and they are lucky to see 19 pounds with modern conponents. The older stuff is heavier cause the tubesets were not as sophisticted and components were heavier.Get educated and quit dreaming...regards

milehibiker is right. Anyone can post anything. It is nearly impossible to get an older steel bike under 16 lbs. No impossible but very hard. I would ask what items are on it and the exact model and tubeset of the frame.

Many people claim lower than normal weights. That is why in my business I do not quote weights. many customers get disgusted and take it as I do not know anything, but far from the truth. It is because I know so much that I do not quote weights. It is impossible to say what a bike will weigh.

Many companies cut corners in weighing items. For example, some pedal manufacturers only give weigh for one pedal. Frame makers give weight for tubeset alone, or unpainted frames. All of this is not true weight. Need to ask or read fine prints.

Steel is cool, much cooler than aluminum or titanium or carbon. Good for you deciding to be cool instead of the alternative. Anyway, where do you live? There are usually a couple used bike stores in any good biking city. I have lived in Seattle and Philadelphia and both have pretty sweet used bike stores. You should go and pop your head in the door and see what they might have. It turns out those guys really really like bikes and usually have found a cool steel bike or two that they will part with if the price is right. If you don't know of any used bike shops let us know where you are from and someone might have a couple good ideas. Remember, steel is cooler.
