Flying past the elderly on hybrids makes me feel fast.... plus it's a good way to hide from the roadies.

Exactly. You work in a shop, so you know how it goes. I've been tempted to just say "yes, I get pooped after 3 miles of riding, so I take the train back to the waffle house so I can replenish all the calories I burned."

And I just got a guy who bought a pretty nice entry-level MTB, and wanted to put a this (http://www.ravx.com/2009_product_pages/comfort_saddles/cruiser_delux.html) on it.

But then again I advised you not to jog on the bridle path(horse crap). So who is it that demanded the Flash of Walker Road ride the Tow Path?
What if that guy who bought the "buttmuffin"seat sees this thread?:eek:Yes I agree they do look funny but it gets another cyclist on the road.Did your butt-o-meter recommend this glute platform or is this your doing to clear out the basement and get a few yuks?
The towpath can be a nice trip(not weekends)but usually on a bike with 1 1/8" tires such as an older road bike.It now reaches Zoar Ohio if you have the time.
