I made an order from ibikedoyou2.com on Monday and the order status has been pending ever since then. Every time I try to call them at 800-605-5902, I get about 30 seconds of cheesy music and then a recording that says "You've reached 251-6936, please leave your name and number" which is immediately followed by an automated message stating that the subscriber cannot receive messages at this time. I was able to leave a call-back number but no response yet. Has anyone else ordered from them in the last week or two?

Never heard of them. Have you done a Google search for reviews?

There's a thread at mtbr from last year with good reviews. I've wondered if they're shutting down, but then I would think the phone line and website would stop working. The website gives me the option to cancel the order since payment hasn't been processed yet. I think I'll do that and order elsewhere.

Yeah, weird. Same thing happened to a friend about a month ago, and I just tried running an order through and haven't heard a thing back nor can I get them by phone, so I killed the order. Kinda sad, they were a pretty cool shop while they were functioning normally...

Call them at 208-233-6936. It's a place called Ride on Bikes located in Pocatello, ID and is the physical bike store that runs ibikedoyou2.com

They were very nice.

I eventually heard back from them via e-mail, almost a week later, so they're still there, although they don't seem to answer their phone (not sure if it's the same # -- whatever is posted on their website is what I called, and got voicemail, to which nobody replied, ever). When I have been able to get a hold of them they've been great to deal with. I guess what it boils down to is if you need fast service and don't live near them, they're not holding that end of things together so well right now.
