WOW, I finally ordered my new rack and panniers. After very much research and talking to many bike tour'ers, I've decided and ordered today the Beckman rack and expedition panniers and colour matched everything to the Trek 520 (forest green). I can retire the cannondale's after 18 yrs. Bob Beckman was a real pleasure to talk with and a wealth of information. The Main reason I went with Beckman was the fact that he makes the racks and the panniers, I don't have to go anywhere else, and simply put they are the best of the best. This is a once-in-a-lifetime for me. Now, How far is it around the world? :D

The circumference of the Earth is roughly 40,074km by my estimates. Of course, there are a few oceans in the way.

Hey, Tea. No, the order will be here in 3-4 months, I asked him that ? because I had read that in someone's comments and Bob got kinda upset. He said it has never took him that long. Besides I'm willing to wait for Quality.

I wonder if anyone can figure out how to put Pontoons on the Trek, and a paddle wheel on the rear, then the water won't matter!
