I need some help on gaining some weight without eating food with a lot of fat. I ride 3 times a week 18km. Nutritionist asked me to gain some weight (13 pounds) but I needed a hint or something since is hard for me because I do not tend to eat much. Thx for the help.

That might be pretty tough. I can tell you what I cut OUT to lose weight, and I'd say those are the things you need more of.
Why dont you eat very much? Too busy of a work day? Broke as hell? Do you lift weights at all?

I used to go to a GYM but I left it to bike again, so right now I ain't lifting weights.
is it that you don't have enough fat, or enough muscle? why would someone ask you to gain weight unless you're unhealthily skinny? your body usually know what's best.
First step is eating more. Eat healthy stuff, though - I wouldn't recommend junk food.
I found an easy way to put on muscle weight without going to the gym is doing landscaping / outdoor work. I gained 5 lbs in a month doing spring cleanup work for people. also made four digits. not bad, eh? works if you're a student... not so much if you already have a full time job.

Use healthy fats. Throw olive oil onto thing, nuts and stuff. Check out monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, they're friendly. Peanut butter is good for weight gain/high in protein. Eat something healthy before you go to bed.
Sitting around on you butt all day playing video games and eating a cheesecake with your fingers also works, but might not be up your alley.

Chicken Cutlets! I buy the Purdue Tenderloins near meat section at the grocery store. They are breaded and precooked. I put them on the toaster oven for 10 minutes and eat them with melted cheese or salsa or just ketchup. I eat them everyday, sometimes twice a day.
Be sure to include vegetables and good carbs like baked potatoes or toasted bagels. You can toast the bagel with the chicken and microwave some frozen broccoli.
Of course, if you want to get fat, you can add ice cream; donuts & bread to any meal and rack up the pounds.
