i am thinking about selling this bike and i am curious how much i should ask. it is missing the head badge wasn't with the frame and the only one i have found is not for sale, but this bike is in great shape and fairly light.

I don't know the first thing about Mizutani, but that is one nice bike!

I'll go out on a limb and guess that in a hot bike market, with excellent photos and background/historical info., $300-350 is a good price. If it were original paint and with headbadge, you could ask $400. It'd make a great around town bike.
