Do they make bike racks that attach to the spare tire on the rear of an SUV?
Do any of the regular stores Wally Mart, Target, Sears etc carry them, or is this a specialist thing?

idk about xmarts havin em, but to my knowlege thule makes the best one, the spare me rack, yakima also makes one and i think serfas does too, but the thule one is the only one that i know of that actually bolts on, making at a much more solid rack than the others that hook to the tire and attach via straps, I think the xtra securty and abiltiy to basically leave it on your car 24/7 make it well worth the price
