all my friends being better than me sucks
um, this is going to sound like a non-answer answer, but just ride and try to enjoy it. the only way you will get better is practice; that's how they got better. hopefully your friends will be understanding of your skill level. basically just ride all the time and challenge yourself. also, if you ride with people who are better than you, you'll probably get better. don't worry about the competition thing. just ride on your own terms, don't get discouraged, go step by step, and keep trying.
i hope that helps.

and even before i stopped i didnt go there much and didnt try things
you won't be on your friends level for a while, I was one of the best riders I knew before I quit but I slowly stopped riding and now a couple of years later I can barely do basic stuff. Just take the time to get the feel for the bike down and get the normal stuff back (manuals, bunnyhops, barspins, 360s) simple stuff, you know???

ummm..... well... if u under rotate them then that's a pain in the ass cause u wipe hard
start doing 180 bunnyhops, or atleast trying, rotate your body HARD in whichever direction you spin...(I grind on the right and spin to the left, if that helps any) once you get where you can bunnyhop 180 degrees around then start spinning them farther and farther until you have a 360 bunnyhop... a big helper in learning this can be landing on your back tire then grabbing the brakes and throwing your body into it and spinning the last 180 degrees.....as you progress you will spin less and less on the rear tire.....soon enough you'll be doing 360 bunnyhops....
good luck man
oh yeah.....if you can atleast do a 180 bunnyhop and know how to bail you can start learning 360s on the sub box at a local park or even at the local dirt jumps
