Well, I bit the bullet and ordered the Blue RC-4 for my wife. The frame is in at the local bike doc and it is feather light. Going to build it up with Ultegra triple. The current guess is that is will be right aroung 18lb. finished. The paint and finish is great. I'll post photos of the finished product, and review overall (paraphrased)

Here it is! I'm very impressed the finish is really good. With full Ultegra triple, Open Pros, bottle cages and pedals 18.25lb. Incredible! And none of the parts are super light stuff. I and the Bike Doc were both shocked by how light. Now for the road test, but not today because it's raining cats and dogs. I'll also get better photos outside.

Let us know how it rides. It certainly looks nice.

After a few rides of longer than 20 miles the wife says "I like it a lot" She's increased her avg speed by 2 mph. She couldn't stand road buzz, and got plenty of it on her last rig. All gone. She also says the bike is more stable and accelerates much better. All to be expected. In true fashion, she also loves the color ;)
