Hi
I'm looking for a recumbent to ride long distance and my next PBP. I had a chance to try a few last week end and I particularely liked the Challenge Fujin. Does anyone use it for long distance? Any advice?

The longest rides that I do on any bike are 160k and the Fujin SL-II is very comfortable. I use the U-bars or open cockpit as Challenge calls it. The U-bars make a big difference for me because I've had a couple shoulder injuries and a standard tiller tends to make my shoulders ache and cramp after 70-80k.

Hopefully, Vik will chime in soon. He used to ride a Fujin SL on brevets.

Hola...I rode a Fujin SL on some brevets up to 300km. Great bike and easy to setup as a rando machine. There are a few more Fujins being used for brevets that I know of. Everyone seems to be quite pleased.

Check out this link for some info on my Fujin SL (http://thelazyrandonneur.blogspot.com/search?q=fujin) [I sold it so it's not in my current stable of bikes].
