I'm riding the SC Tour de Cure, June 13th out of Irmo. Anyone else gonna be there?

My cousin is going to be participating. I don't think I will be able to make it, but there is also one in UT in June. Great event to support, good luck :)

I got my pre-ride packet yesterday! This will be my first century and I hope my hind end is up to the challenge! :)
My Dad has had type 1 for 50 years and in the past 10 years I have watched the complications of diabetes slowly take his life. This ride is as much for me and my anger towards diabetes as it is honoring my Dad and others that have it.
FeltF35 hope to see you there!

Leaving for Irmo, we will spend the night and start fresh in the morning. I'm as ready as I will ever be! Ride report on Sunday.

I hope your ride was good. It's a beautiful day for a ride in the Upstate of South Carolina. Will I see you at the Greyhound Rescue Ride in Anderson on June 27th?

Awesome event! Very well done as I got to use the support groups for a ride home! Broke a spoke @ 60 miles in to the 100. Was only out for about 30 min. when help came. SAG to rest stop 6 and the a ride to the finish. The after party was great, good food and cold beer :) I was bummed not to get the century, but there is always next year!
