It looks like they're doing construction between Holly and the bike bridge just after Monaco. I'm hopeful that they're finally going to run the path below both Holly and Monaco. Anybody know?

I called Denver Park & Rec and indeed they are going to run the path under both Holly and Monaco, connecting to the existing path on the south side of the creek at the bridge between the rec center and school. Expected completion is July.

Heck - they are going to ruin two of the more exciting moments of the CC Trail ride!!:D

So no more riding in the park full of goose sh%t?

I usually stick to the road there anyway.

I prefer the road as well due to the number of cross streets. However, where it ends at a T intersection I think is one of the streets mentioned. That will be a nice addition.

Funny you said that. My wife refers to that park as "Goose Poop Park"!

I live near City Park, and it is just as bad. Not so nice for putting down the blanket and watching the Sunday jazz concerts. I wish they would actually migrate back up north, as they are supposed to.
