Hi guys,
I'm going to be road tripping to Wenatchee this weekend. My friends are doing the Wenatchee Omnium race, but I'm not racing, just hanging out. Are there any group rides on Saturday or Sunday? I was hoping to get 60-100 miles in on Saturday.

Not sure about Wenatchee but we have one in Ellensburg, an hour south, on Sunday at 1pm. Usually only 25 miles or so at a moderate pace - average age of the group has been in late 40's. Of course, after dealing with the wind it feels like you've done 50 miles.

That's cool, thanks. I probably should stay in Wenatchee because I've got to be around when my friends finish the race. Anyone riding out of Wenatchee?

There aren't any group rides that I know of on that weekend. Most everyone involved with the local velo club are part of the omnium crew, or they are participating in the event.

There are a lot of great routes to ride, especially if the weather is as nice as it likely will be.
