Decals on frame read "Uptown" and "City Sport Urban Access"
Stamp on bottombracket looks like "7CW (backwards "c"?) 1399".

I am thinking it is a 1987, but can't find anything about it online. I know it's not of value, but just wanted to figure out when it was manufactured. Can't find anything online about the frame markings.
Any insight appreciated. Thank you.
