Touring - weight difference between cross check and LHT?

Based on the frame/fork weights there is ~0.33lbs difference between a CC and a LHT. The component spec will make a difference, but they don't list the weights of the complete bikes.

I'm heading to my LBS this weekend - if they have both a CC and a LHT in stock in similar sizes I'll weigh them and post the results.

stock LHT in 56cm is about 28lbs

stock Cross-check in 56cm is about 25.5lbs

give or take.

hey skip, are y'all planning on making any slightly more expensive lighter bikes? something with an american made frame with american made steel... like a cross check with some better components and some true temper steel?
