Did you change your saddle height, stem length as well? No matter what, a height adj will be needed.

I moved the seat back just 2 or 3 mm.
no major problems just a bit of soreness in the glutes, but I've had that since tuesday's 2x20 =)
2-3mm further back should not even be noticed
that's like moving your saddle up 1mm

Seriously though. If you move your seat back, you can recruit more butt power. I have mine fairly far back of KOPS and it just seems like I can get more power out of the big muscles back there. I also feel more centered over the bike so it seems to handle better (though perhaps that's just a "feel" thing.)

I noticed better handling, especially while descending once my saddle was moved back.
I think I do want to move my cleats back a little again.
