Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I'm with one of the posters when I say where do you keep the diapers and 20# of other stuff you drag along with your little blessing?
Also, I don't like the termalogy of "the child is trapped in". And the poor kid looks like she is too!

Forget 20 pounds of stuff, I travel pretty light with my kid, but there is not even any place to put a water bottle. So add a big backpack to that lady's outfit. Other than the weird head gadget for the kid, it's actually a pretty cool contraption, though.

i love the Zigo... very nice. and for the price of a Chariot+necessary Chariot add-ons+bicycle it begins to have some advantages. just wish it had disc brakes.

Here's something along the same idea for transporting a handicapped adult. (http://www.frankmobility.com/duet.php)

I recently saw someone riding one on the Westside Greenway here in New York City. I'd imagine it would be rather cumbersome for any apartment buildings that don't have bicycle parking. It looks rather large to fit in most elevators and I wouldn't even want to think about carrying it up the stairs.

Remember, the bicycle and stroller sections come apart.
These are soooo yummy!!!!
I still think I prefer this one though with a bucket that can haul 4 kids in seatbelts...

Yes, that's very nice, but it hasn't the flexabilty of the OP.

I hear say, they have a few new things coming in the future. The Pod now has more then ample space for a pet and Groceries 80 lbs capacity. I'm sure the right person could tweak the pod for larger items. I'm a Zigo rider & I work for them as well.
