Road Cycling - new coaching website

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Hello to All,
I hope everyone's early season training is going well.
You might want to take a look at this-PALMARES COACHING at website s1webdesign.com/PM2.htm.
This site is run by 1999 Masters National Road Champion Rick Sorenson.
It has a bit of a different slant, as it is more of a plain-speaking and sometimes funny place to get help about how to go fast on your bike.
Basic email help is FREE.
Good Luck This Season!
cool!

Very nice, I like the race bible and the nutrition section. I hope you'll hang around bikeforums.
LoL, I actually just found this site a couple of days ago! That's weird!
I'm sure you'll be glad to know, though, I really liked the site. A good sense of humor mixed with real facts. Good stuff.
 I like this page. http://www.s1webdesign.com/tiredterms.htm[URL]
