Hello to All,
I hope everyone's early season training is going well.
You might want to take a look at this-PALMARES COACHING at website s1webdesign.com/PM2.htm.
This site is run by 1999 Masters National Road Champion Rick Sorenson.
It has a bit of a different slant, as it is more of a plain-speaking and sometimes funny place to get help about how to go fast on your bike.

Basic email help is FREE.
