It's on local CL. The owner says it's in very good condition. No rust and chrome fork has no blemishes.
New tires. I asked him about a Columbus tubing sticker but he was unsure of that.

Does it cost more if he keeps the tri bars?
If it's in really good shape (i.e. minimal expense to get on the road - make sure you know what "recently tuned" means exactly) then I think it's worth three bills.

+1. If its fully functional $300 as an end user for 600EX is reasonable.
